Carborne terminal will send GPS positioning information resolved by GPS receiver to a dispatching & command center and display on the electronic map of a monitoring terminal of dispatching center in real time so that the dispatching personnel can find out the specific locations of different vehicles through the monitoring and dispatching terminal in time.
