Our sales dept. have meeting each week. And we hold 2-3 meetings in Beijing headquarters for all branch managers each year. On the meeting, all can communicate together, study the latest market situation and make out the marketing policy in order to increase our sales.

Most of the sales engineers are bachelor degree, some are master degree. Most sales managers major is Communication and Navigation, or Electronic Engineering, and have years of experience in this field. We have professional engineers do the sales work directly, who are able to provide technique supports to customers and feedback the efficient market information to supplier. In each dept., we also have an expert in each field working as a consultant or even a member of us.
