With suppliers, we keep close and long-term mutual beneficial partnership. At the beginning of every new product design or new project development, we do the market investigation searching for information of market demand, potential customer need and competitive model's specifications, future market situation etc. All information will help to improve the product design and work out marketing policy. In the promotion, we collect the customer's using experience, feeling and in time feedback to manufacturer to improve the product design. We would like to help our partner design products with human technology. After product improvement, we will have better products accepted by more customers and increase the market share. In a word, we are partners, not only reseller. Both of us are mutual benefit from China market and long-term relationship.

- Every new comer will have trainings, including: company organization structure and regulations, product lines, when they first join the company. So they will familiar with the company and their work soon.
- We dispatch engineers to foreign factories for high standard technical training. They can acquire better ability to service the customers through training, which also provide them better chance for future development.
- Every year we organize company tour and join the Outward Bound training, which aim at challenge oneself and promote our teamwork spirit at the same time.
