Our technical support engineers have the expertise and knowledge to resolve most problems. Our Technical Supports Dept. is also in charge of the study and test on the performance of new products before our formal release, which is to ensure supplying only high-qualified goods to customers.
In order to serve our customers better, we founded up Maintenance and Repairing Centers for the warranty and non-warranty repair. The maintenance service network covers Dalian, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Ningbo etc., so that our customers can get in time service locally. Some of our engineers have been trained in foreign factories. And we also invite foreign engineer join our seminars in China. Our engineers are able to not only solve the PCB problem, but also diagnose and change small chip-set.
We always keep enough spare parts in stock for quick repair. For the products out of warranty period, we offer cost repair, which mean we charge the cost of parts only, not include the laboring fee. For some units that we are not able to repair, we will return them back to manufactory and provide spare units for customer's temporary use meantime. |
